YREP Board of Directors

Dalton H. Dreisbach, CCIM, Chairman
Dalton is an industrial broker with Stephen C. Gault Co. focusing on the sales and leasing of industrial properties, including manufacturing facilities, warehouse and distribution facilities, industrial investment properties and industrial land and development.

Dalton graduated with honors from Bellarmine University's MBA program, where he currently sits on the student-alumni advisory council. As well as co-founding YREP-Louisville with Jeff Ellison, Dalton is a CCIM designee, currently serving the Kentucky CCIM Chapter by sitting on its membership committee. Additionally, he is currently serving as a director on the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance and is a member of Greater Louisville Inc's Manufacturing and Logistics Network. In his free time, for the past 12 years, Dalton has been a youth soccer coach, most recently at Louisville's JAVANON Soccer Club.

Kyle Galloway, Secretary
Kyle is a commercial real estate and transactional attorney with Valenti, Hanley & Robinson, PLLC.  Kyle focuses his practice on commercial real estate, corporate and business transactions. His practice includes representation of commercial, shopping center, residential and apartment developers as well as lenders, investors, owners and managers in the acquisition, disposition, financing (including construction financing), development, leasing and management of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, apartments, hotels, residential subdivisions and health care properties.

Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Colgate University, spent two years in post-baccalaureate studies at the University of Louisville and then entered the Brandeis School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude. Kyle is licensed by the state bar of Kentucky and is a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville bar associations and is a local member of CCIM.


mayerBrooks Mayer, Treasurer
Brooks works in a Loan Production role with Capstone Realty Advisors, assisting Capstone clients in procuring Life Insurance financing for all commercial property types. Capstone also provides advisory for development, construction financing, and market repositioning of properties. Brooks has begun working towards his CCIM designation.

Born and raised in Louisville, Brooks earned a BS in Finance from the University of Kentucky. As well as joining the YREP Board in 2009, he is also involved with the St. Xavier Alumni Association where he serves as a Class Agent. Brooks also volunteers as an assistant coach each fall for the St. Agnes 7th & 8th grade football team.


Amy Miranda
Amy works in the Office Brokerage division of CB Richard Ellis|Louisville, bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm in meeting clients' needs in selling and leasing office spaces. Amy is currently working towards her Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM).

Amy graduated from Miami University's Richard T Farmer School of Business with degrees in Marketing and Management where she was an NCAA All American for Miami Women's swimming. In addition to her work with YREP Louisville, Amy is also a Board Member on CREW, Commercial Real Estate for Women, and a member of both the Middletown Chamber of Commerce and Young Professionals Association of Louisville Member (YPAL).


hartlageMatt Hartlage
Matt is an industrial property specialist with Colliers Harry K Moore specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial land and buildings. Matt has been a member of the Colliers Harry K. Moore team since 2004.

As well as joining the YREP Board in 2009, Matt is currently working toward the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.

scovilStewart Scovil, CCIM
Stewart Scovil is owner and president of Scovil Real Estate.  Stewart has managed the development and construction of more than 2,000 multifamily units with value in excess of $350 million through both Scovil Real Estate and Renaissance Development.   Stewart is currently developing multifamily projects in the Highlands, LaGrange, and Westport Road as well as a single family development near Bardstown.  He has also managed multifamily projects as an outside consultant. 

As well as joining the YREP Board in 2009, Stewart serves numerous other non-profit organizations in Louisville, including the KY Chapter of CCIM.
