Jeff
Ellison
Jeff is the Director of Leasing for Faulkner Real Estate, working
to attract and retain high-quality tenants for Faulkner's extensive
portfolio, including medical office buildings, Class A office buildings
and neighborhood retail centers.
Jeff graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky with
a B.B.A. in finance. In addition to co-founding YREP-Louisville,
Jeff is active on numerous boards and committees, including the
YMCA of Greater Louisville - Pioneering Healthier Communities Initiative,
the Children's Hospital Foundation Alliance Board and The Greater
Louisville Sports Commission. In 2006, Jeff founded Run! Louisville,
Run!, a mini-marathon training program for at-risk urban teenagers,
which is now part of the Louisville YMCA Activate America program
and has been adopted by Jefferson County Public Schools.

Dalton
Dreisbach
Dalton is an industrial broker with Stephen C. Gault Co. focusing
on the sales and leasing of industrial properties, including manufacturing
facilities, warehouse and distribution facilities, industrial investment
properties and industrial land and development.
Dalton graduated with honors from Bellarmine University's MBA
program. As well as co-founding YREP-Louisville, Dalton is an active
member of the local Duck's Unlimited Chapter and has been a volunteer
soccer coach for the last 11 years, currently at Louisville's JAVANON
Soccer Club.

Kyle
Galloway
Kyle is the General Counsel for, and a partner in, Poe Companies,
LLC, where he oversees all legal aspects of the various retail,
hotel, office and residential projects of the company and its affiliates
including site acquisition, site development, financing and sale.
Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from
Colgate University, spent two years in post-baccalaureate studies
at the University of Louisville and then entered the Brandeis School
of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude. Kyle is licensed
by the state bar of Kentucky and is a member of the American, Kentucky
and Louisville bar associations and is a local member of CCIM.

Amy
Miranda
Amy works in the Office Brokerage division of CB Richard Ellis|Louisville,
bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm in meeting clients'
needs in selling and leasing office spaces. Amy is currently working
towards her Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM).
Amy graduated from Miami University's Richard T Farmer School of
Business with degrees in Marketing and Management where she was
an NCAA All American for Miami Women's swimming. In addition to
her work with YREP Louisville, Amy is also a Board Member on CREW,
Commercial Real Estate for Women, and a member of both the Middletown
Chamber of Commerce and Young Professionals Association of Louisville
Member (YPAL).

Kelly
Will, CCIM
Kelly is the principal broker of the Will Company, whose most recent
project is the development of a 77,000 square foot retail center
that includes Norton Healthcare, Moe's Southwest Grill, and CITI
Financial as tenants.
Kelly received both her B.A. and M.B.A. from Bellarmine University
and is active in Louisville's real estate community, serving not
only on YREP Louisville's Board of Directors, but she is also involved
with ICSC, International Council for Shopping Centers - locally
as the ICSC State Co Alliance Private Sector Chair and as a member
KY/TN Idea Exchange Planning.

Dan
Chandler
Dan manages the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Division of First
American Title Insurance Company. Before joining First American,
Dan spent four years closing real estate transactions with an affiliate
of Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
Dan received his BA in economics and law degree from University
of Louisville. Dan joined YREP Louisville's Board of Directors in
2008. In addition to his membership on the Board of Directors of
Develop New Albany, Inc. and The Public Radio Partnership TRIO Board,
Dan enjoys his free time refurbishing his antebellum home.
